Due to the process of the Competitive Bidding Program mandated by Congress under the Modernization Act of 2003 as of July 1 2016 we apologize to the public that we no longer accept new Medicare patients as the reimbursement from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid does not cover the costs of our Durable Medical Equipment.
If you would like to help us to reverse this program, we highly suggest you contact your local elected state and national officials. If we can help you with information for these officials, please feel free to contact our office (804)745-9677. There is also a Medicare beneficiary complaint line (800)404-8702 which enables you to actually speak with a representative directly and in return they will contact your legislative representative for you.
